Playing around

This new PC is making me DO things *g*...and not quite the work-related stuff I should be engaged in...Have been playing around with lj styles, and now my lj looks suspiciously like my kitchen*ggg*! Paid account with it's 100 userpics makes for some wonderful icon-drooling time - I bow in front of the talented people who have graciously allowed their icons to be used, especially fabulous
beeej (Yay!for Methos' hands...and angsty!Louis!...and Shadowfax) and wonderful
mono_borracho! And this nice new machine even enables me to do some weird things with pics on my own - admittedly simple and basic, but, well, one lives and learns...the possibilities are quite enchanting*s*.

Date: 2005-10-06 08:27 pm (UTC)Yes, so are the cats and the horse...and the white bullie is the daughter of my bullie boy.
Only one tiny thing - the Methos 44 calibre love letter icon is one of mine. :)
Thank you for telling me! I will make the appropriate changes right away! And I just have to say again how much I admire your icons!*coffs* Would you ever consider doing one of the BratPrince!Lestat ones?*sits up and begs*

Date: 2005-10-06 09:14 pm (UTC)Cats should definitely be spoiled...and she is so sweet!
I guess that with me having all those creatures great and small has something to do with my job description *g* - if you see a lot of sick animals daily, one tends to want to see some healthy specimens on the time off *ggg*.
And I actually live in suburbian part of town too...in a flat...but the cats keep each other company, and the dog is with me at work (and pretty much goes with me everywhere I go, too.). Otherwise it would be pretty impossible to have him (and this breed is actually perfect for someone like me who some days works for 10 hours and other days wants to go scramble around in the stables or whatnot - very flexible dog, and loves to sleep even longer than I do *g*). And the horse lives out of town, close by...he's a bit too big to fit into the kitchen*bg*.

Tom Cruise, definitely...blonde hair looks weirdly appropriate on him...
