calimeTwo of my dog-related good acquaintances were traveling back from a successfully spent time on the European Winner dog show. And apparently, in Hungary, they met a truck.
Now, a brilliant someone who was a fellow horseperson, a fellow dogperson, briefly my student and soon-to-be colleague... is no more. All three dogs that were in the car, dead, too. The second person hurt, but luckily alive.
Just another reminder of how fragile the fabric of the world is for anyone of us. *Blink*, and we're here...*blink* and we're...not here anymore.
