In other news, it seems nothing happens halfway lately. I was bored out of my mind on sick leave, now I have work up to my ears and rising. The weather acted like it was early autumn and we'd be in UK, not Baltics. Now, it's ca -20 outside and dropping. The only thing that hasn't changed is the constant desire to sleep. Especially during the day.
I apologise for not being around much, I owe responses to comments and I have not had time to really squee over the porn battle or anything. It is highly likely I will be hampered by RL at least until the middle of February. I promise, I have not forgotten that I owe people porn..it's just on hold. Sorry. I haven't even had the strength left to redo my userpics:)
NCIS provides good distraction - it is something I can keep track easily while doing something on the side (multitasking is Cali's middle name. or something). It's like comfort food. (Also, how weird is it to find a show where I like ALL the characters??Well, of course not totally equally, but still.) Sadly, Buffy will have to wait for when I'm more 'together'. Hopefully, soon.
And then there's Supernatural ...I've dl'd the new eps, but haven't had time to watch yet...mmm, something to look forward to.
*snickers* Makes for good motivation, to get all the work done. *Cali dangles Buffy and Supernatural in front of her nose*. Heh.
So, flist, sleep, work. And work. Also, make fire. Seeing as the cold wave's supposed to last.

Hi there! This isn't related to this post at all, I'm just commenting on your most recent entry because I noticed you friended me recently and I have a question I always ask newcomers to my journal. So, here we go!

Would you like to be on my Fic In Progress Babble filter? There is not any actual fic on this filter (I never post WIPs, except when the damn things trick me, like TNYC did), just talk about fic. Basically it's the place where I give status reports on stories I have in progress, complain about problems I'm having, ask for advice, post word counts, and that sort of thing. Folks have to specifically ask to be on the filter because I refuse to tease people about upcoming stories unless they knowingly sign up for said teasing. *g* So, interested?

Personally, I love teasing (also, babble), so from my side, I'd be happy to be included in the filter. OTOH, I'd have to warn you that I might be pretty much a lurker for extended periods (due to the pesky RL mostly), so not terribly useful regardings answering/feedback, I'm afraid. So, of course, it's ultimately your decision *grins*.
