We've got House !

calimeA nice touch in contrast to work-work-work-more demented scrabbling around- work - turns out a local TV station started airing House as of tonight. Watched the first ep and have to say that it was very enjoyable and fulfilled my expectations. It was a little bit weird to do it the other way around for once - meaning watching the show after reading the fanfic *gg*, but weird in a good way. Definitely. I think I'm going to like this show. *is happy*.
ETA: It has been snowing for the bigger part of the day. It is snowing now, and it is so beautiful that I could not resist looking out and then stepping out of the door and then running around in the snow with the dog for just a little while ... ignoring the whining voice in my head pointing out things like 'Duh, you live in a country where snow is supposed to be a regular occurrence' and 'hey, don't you think that a short-sleeved work uniform is a bit too flimsy as a winter warderobe' and 'by the way, do you notice that your shoes are getting rather soaked' and 'surely you are going to sing a differnet tune in the morning when you have to dig out the car'! The dog ignored the voice, too. *grins* I should probably go and change out of wet clothes, though *gg*. And no, I am not going to get my head examined. For one, it would be unfair to inflict such horror on an unsuspecting medic. Also, life wouldn't be half as fun if they'd by any chance manage to inflict some horrible cure on me.
