Photobucket sayd fuckoff to basically any free account in the bandwidth usage sense so my DW banner is now defunct (because Photobucket link) and I haven't had the energy to look into redesigning the layout. Maybe some day.
If you just need hosting for the image, you can do that on DW if you like. (Unfortunately, you can't host on DW and hotlink elsewhere, or at least, you can't hotlink on AO3, which is the only place I've tried.)
